Reignite For Local provides local marketing and business growth services, which may include website development, local search visibility, conversational AI tools, customer data and lead management systems, paid advertising management, and conversion optimization services. The specific services included in your plan are outlined in your individual Growth Plan or service agreement.

Services are billed according to one of the following structures, as specified in your plan:

• Monthly subscription — billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled
• One-time fee — billed once for setup, buildout, or a defined deliverable
• Metered — billed based on usage, such as per-minute, per-call, or per-lead activity
• Result-based — billed in connection with delivered outcomes, such as qualified leads or ranking performance, as defined in your plan

All fees are due according to the billing cycle of your selected plan. Late or failed payments may result in a pause of active services until payment is resolved. Reignite For Local reserves the right to update pricing with advance notice; existing plans will be honored through their current billing cycle before any change takes effect.

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, advertising platform policies, market competition, and the client's own website, staffing, and follow-up practices. Reignite For Local does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, call volume, sales, or revenue outcomes from any service, including SEO, GEO, paid advertising, or listing management. Performance projections shared in a Growth Plan are estimates based on market data and are not a promise of results.

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in your plan. Either party may cancel ongoing monthly services with written notice, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. One-time services and setup fees are non-cancellable once work has begun. There are no long-term contracts required to begin service.

Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and information (such as Google Business Profile access, website credentials, or content approvals) required to deliver the services. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide access or feedback may extend delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Reignite For Local.

Many services rely on third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, and other advertising, search, or directory platforms. These platforms set their own policies, algorithms, and account requirements, which may change without notice. Reignite For Local is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or performance impacts caused by third-party platform decisions outside our control.

Upon full payment, client owns the final website, content, and creative assets created specifically for their business under a one-time service. Advertising accounts, business listing profiles, and similar accounts remain the property of the client and are managed with client authorization. Underlying software, tools, and systems used to deliver services remain the property of Reignite For Local and its platform providers.

Both parties agree to keep confidential business, financial, and customer information private and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the contracted services.

Reignite For Local's total liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. Reignite For Local is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Refund eligibility, if any, is specific to the individual product or offer purchased and will be stated at the point of purchase. Absent a specific stated refund policy for a given offer, one-time setup fees and completed monthly service periods are non-refundable.

Reignite For Local may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
